Ok – I took five pictures the other night and decided to go ahead and post them. The quality isn’t very good, but it will have to suffice until I go to down with the camera for better pictures.

841 Dad’s been busy the past week in his spare time. I showed up last night to an almost-planked float half – which left me time to Dremel out the gaps between the planks and bog them together while he planked the last two sheets. Spent maybe an hour doing this, which included talking and still occasionally admiring the joined stbd.

835 839 843 845 Although I wasn’t able to do any work on the boat last weekend, dad was able to finish taping the keel joins on the stbd. float, rough-cut the transom off, and rough-fair the float after removing it from the frames. Must admit, looks a lot better than we were expecting. Not sure what we WERE expecting, but nothing looking this “good” for two people that have never built a fiberglass boat before 🙂
